Radial’s omnichannel solutions use cutting-edge technology and analytics to optimize the e-commerce end to end processes reducing costs for our customer while enhancing the consumer experience.
Role Summary: The Fraud Prevention Analyst’s primary role is to manually review online transactions to determine their authenticity. They will interact with customers and customer service to provide a seamless and secure customer experience.
Responsibilities: Quickly analyze multiple data points to make quality decisions that impact our clients and their customersAnalyze and identify links between fraudulent transactions to identify and stop fraud ringsInteract with customer service and customers through various forms of communication and assist analysts with customer escalationsFocus on improving overall operational effectiveness by helping manage queue volumesCollaborate with team to discuss new and emerging fraud trendsQualifications: Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical skillsSelf-starter with exceptional attention to detail and organizationProven ability to meet or exceed goals in a metrics driven organizationWillingness and flexibility to work according to business needs including a weekend day(Desired) Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Economics, Statistics, or Business-related field, HS diploma requiredExperience working as part of a team
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday 11:00am to 8:00pm. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.
